Shipping damage and issues

Melonbotics takes great care in manufacturing and testing our products before we ship them to our customers. We also take all neccesary precautions in packaging to prevent the occurance of damaged items.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item was damaged in shipping, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the instance of dead on arrival (DOA) products, a replacement will be sent at no cost. 

If these or any other problems occur, please contact me at melonbotics@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Warranty

As stated above, any DOA product will be replaced at no cost. However due to the intense environment of competive robotics, no specific warranty is offered for use on the field.

That being said, if any issues do occur, please contact me - I want you to have a good experience and will try make things right where reasonable.
